Order Conditional Mapping- Shipping Method.

To map the shipping method from WooCommerce to NetSuite for your orders, follow these steps:

1. Select ‘Map NetSuite Field to Fixed Value Based on WC Field Value’ in the ‘Operation’ dropdown.

2. Since shipping method pertains to the order, select ‘Order Field’ in ‘WC Field Source’.

3. Define the condition for mapping the shipping method in the third step. For example, "Where Shipping_method is UPS" or "Where Shipping_method is UPS Ground", etc.

4. The shipping method is a Default NetSuite Field, so select ‘Default’ in the ‘Attribute Type’.

5. Select the name of the field in ‘NS Field’.

6. Enter the field value for the shipping method (RecordRef) from your NetSuite.

7. Click ‘Save’ to apply the mapping.

Note* – This needs to be selected record’s internal ID from NetSuite. For example, if you need to setup your subsidiary, navigate to Setup > Company > Subsidiries
