Order Conditional Mapping- Based on WC Field

You can map any field of your order from WooCommerce to NetSuite based on a WooCommerce (WC) field. Here is a basic example. Follow these steps for your desired field:

1. Select ‘Map NetSuite Field to WC Field’ in the ‘Operation’ dropdown.

2. In ‘WC Field Source’, select ‘Order Field’.

3. Select the ‘Attribute Type’ to indicate whether your field is custom or default.

4. Select the name of your field from the ‘NS Field’ dropdown. In this example, we are mapping ‘memo (string)’.

5. In the ‘Prefix to Append’ field, you can enter any value you want to add to the field. Leave it blank if none.

6. Enter the WooCommerce order field you want to sync data from.

7. Click ‘Save’.

Note* – Same procedure follows for the custom fields in your Netsuite.
