Customer Conditional Mapping- Based on WC Field

You can map any customer field from WooCommerce to NetSuite. Here is a basic example of mapping based on the WooCommerce (WC) field. You can follow these steps for your desired field:

1. Select ‘Map NetSuite Field to WC Field’ in the ‘Operation’ dropdown.

2. In ‘WC Field Source’, select ‘Customer Field’.

3. Select the ‘Attribute Type’ to indicate whether your field is custom or default.

4. Select the name of your field from the ‘NS Field’ dropdown. In this example, we are mapping ‘phone (string)’.

5. In the ‘Prefix to Append’ field, you can enter any value you want to add to the field (e.g., +91). Leave blank if none.

6. Enter the WooCommerce customer field you want to sync data from.

7. Click ‘Save’.
