Customer Conditional Mapping- Based on Condition

You can map any field of your customer from WooCommerce to NetSuite based on a condition. Here is a basic example. Follow these steps for your desired field:

1. Select ‘Map NetSuite Field to Fixed Value Based on WC Field Value’ in the ‘Operation’ dropdown.

2. Select ‘Customer Field’ in ‘WC Field Source’.

3. Define the condition as follows: "WHERE SHIPPING STATE IS VIC". Note: You can adjust the condition based on your specific requirements.

4. Select whether your field is custom or default in ‘Attribute Type’.

5. Select the name of the field in ‘NS Field Type’.

6. Enter the ‘NS Field’ and ‘NS Field Value’ by inspecting it in NetSuite.

7. Click ‘Save’.
